Kate Coleman-Minahan PhD, RN, FNP-BC is an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado College of Nursing. She has provided sexual and reproductive health care to young people as a family nurse practitioner for over a decade. As a social scientist, her research centers on reproductive health equity. Dr. Coleman-Minahan studies how health and social policy and clinical practice shape access to and quality of contraception and abortion care, particularly among young people and immigrants.
