I am a PhD candidate at City University London. My thesis is on cultural policy coordination in the European Union and more specifically the role of Open Method of Coordination (OMC) in governing this limited but politically charged competence. I am interested in many aspect of contemporary public governance including including EU institutions, identity politics, and local and rural public policy and governance. I am originally from Nova Scotia, Canada.
