Katharine Young

Katharine Young is a Professor of Law at Boston College Law School. She completed a BA and LLB (Hons) at Melbourne University, and an LL.M. and SJD at Harvard Law School. She served as clerk for Justice Michael Kirby AC CMG of the High Court of Australia. Her scholarship focuses on comparative constitutional law, economic and social rights, constitutional theory and positive state obligations, international human rights law, and public law and gender.
