Katie Jones is a post-doctoral researcher at Swansea university. She began working in health service research and evaluation in 2019, and took up her post at Swansea University in 2021 to use qualitative research methods to evaluate a collaborative health service improvement project. Prior to her transition to the world of health service evaluation, she worked in the field of literary studies with a particular interest in gender and life writing.
