Kellie R. Lynch, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her research interests include victimization of intimate partner violence/homicide, sexual assault, and gun violence; implementation of domestic violence gun laws and policy; campus safety and victimization; and facilitating help-seeking behaviors and improving services for victims of crime. Dr. Lynch has published over 45 peer-reviewed journal articles or book chapters and serves on the editorial boards for the journals Violence Against Women and Psychological Bulletin. She is actively involved in the community and collaborates often with agencies on efforts to address gender-based violence and increase public safety.
