Laetitia Fourie is the Programme Director of the Centre for Labour Law at the University of the Free State, South Africa. Laetitia is also a lecturer at the institution where she teaches Consumer Protection, Commercial and Labour Law modules to both undergraduate and postgraduate law students. She is currently undertaking her PhD through Leiden Law School on the topic of the protection of employees with disabilities in the South African workplace from a comparative and international law perspective. Laetitia holds a Masters degree in Mercantile Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Law (cum laude) from the University of the Free State, South Africa.
