Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Geological Sciences, University of Cape Town

I am geoscientist with particular research interests in the fields of sedimentology and magnetostratigraphy. Recent research has opened my eyes to the rich world of ichnology, the study of trace fossils.

With these disciplines, I have started to pursue an interest in the end-Triassic mass extinction and post-extinction recovery in the Early Jurassic as recorded by the rocks of southern Africa.
