Professor Lee Godden is a member of the Centre for Resources, Energy and Environmental Law, at the University of Melbourne. Her research interests span the intersections between Indigenous land rights, resources and environmental law. She has conducted comparative research on native title and sustainability in Australia and overseas. Relevant publications include: Comparative Perspectives on Communal Lands and Individual Ownership (2010); and Property and the Law in Energy and Natural Resources (2010).
