Lou Helps

Lou has worked on projects concerning a wide variety of themes, including immigration, migrant labour, public policy, and philanthropy, mostly in relation to rural areas. Currently he is working towards a PhD in Rural Studies at the University of Guelph, researching the impact of agricultural migrant labour programs on migrant workers, their families, and their communities.
