Lucy is a restoration seed ecologist who is an adjunct lecturer at UWA and a Project Manager with the Australian Network for Plant Conservation. She is currently updating the Florabank Guidelines for best practice native seed collection and use.

Lucy has worked on projects across her home state of Western Australia over the past 15 years, helping the mining industry improve their seed-based restoration. She also has a keen interest in urban ecology, seed traits, threatened species and communities and human–nature connections.

Lucy regularly organises and chairs workshops and conferences as well as giving guest presentations.
