Lucyna Gozdzielewska

Researcher, Safeguarding Health through Infection Prevention (SHIP), Glasgow Caledonian University

Lucyna Gozdzielewska is a PhD researcher working within the Safeguarding Health through Infection Prevention (SHIP) research group, which is part of the Centre for Living at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU).

Lucyna graduated from GCU in 2014 after achieving a BA (Hons) in Nursing Studies. Her research experience includes working as part of the Behavioural Insights team on projects that aimed to provide recommendations for the development of future interventions for improvement of antimicrobial stewardship and behaviours amongst the general public and livestock farmers and vets.

Lucyna is a part-time PhD student and the focus of her PhD project is the 6-step technique for the application of alcohol-based hand rubs for healthcare staff.
