Maija Salokangas

I joined Trinity College Dublin in September 2013 as an Assistant Professor in Educational Leadership and Management. Prior to this I conducted my PhD research in the University of Manchester, England (2010-2013), trained as a primary school teacher (University of Helsinki, Finland), and taught in schools in Finland, England and Switzerland. My research interests are broadly within the areas of: education policy, leadership and governance, and especially the implications of transnational and national education policy and governance at local levels.
