Mariano Soler-Porta

Since 2008 I combine teaching and research work at the university level, having published scientific articles in national and international books and magazines, in addition to having received as a speaker at multiple conferences organized by prestigious scientific organizations.

I am a professor in the Department of Accounting and Management and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management (MBA). Expert in business innovation, entrepreneurship, and comprehensive business management, with more than 15 years of experience in the private sector in advising companies.

Since 2018 I am a member and responsible for Scientific Communication of the COST Action CA18213: Rural NEET Youth Network: Modeling of the underlying risks of the social exclusion of rural NEETs (https://www.rnyobservatory.eu); and from 2021, researcher in the EEA Grant project "TRACK-IN: Public employment services tracking effectiveness in supporting rural NEETs" (https://www.track-in.eu)

In addition, I am a member of the Accounting Research and Teaching group, where we carry out an intense activity in teaching innovation based on the Flipped Classroom methodology.
