Mark Eccleston-Turner

Lecturer of Law, Global Health, Keele University

Mark is a Lecturer of Law at the University of Keele. He holds an LLB (Hons)(2009) from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, an LLM in Medical Law and Ethics (2011) from the University of Edinburgh, and a PhD (2016) from the University of Manchester entitled: “The Right to Health and Access to Pandemic Influenza Vaccines: Procurement Options for Developing States”.

Mark's research is in Global Health Law, particularly influenza, pandemic response and management, and the law of international organisations in the context of global health. He has served as an Expert Member on a World Health Organization Working Group.
