PhD Candidate, Loughborough University

I am a third year PhD researcher within the Physical Activity and Public Health Research Group at the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine, Loughborough University, UK.

My PhD delves into the detailed physical activity and sedentary behaviour profiling of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, and influencing factors, in order to inform a novel intervention to entice positive lifestyle behaviour change in this population.

I have also contributed to research examining athlete performance, reducing children's sedentary time at school and the measurement of physical activity using accelerometry.
