Communication and Relations Manager, PUSKAPA

Marsha has a degree in social science. She started off working in a local advertising agency as a strategic planner, and her interest in writing and communication has been gradually developing ever since. Three years later, she decided to work as a freelance copywriter and worked with varied clients; from online dating apps to a religion-based organization. She accidentally had PUSKAPA as one of her clients and decided to join the team in 2015 as their first communication staff.

She acquired numerous hats from her previous role, but no matter which one she wears, she has one clear goal: to make sure PUSKAPA's internal and external communication are clear, effective, and evidence-based.

Marsha also has a knack for fiction writing, and one of her stories has been published in one of Ayu Utami's (Indonesian renowned writer) projects. When she isn't working, you'll find her playing with her cat, reading fiction, and watching movies.
