Martin C. Jones is a Researcher at the Centre for Energy and Environmental Markets (CEEM) at the University of New South Wales. His work focuses on climate change economics and policy instruments, with a secondary interest in the Australian energy market. His current work is in analysing transaction data from the EU ETS, comparing and contrasting Australian state-based energy efficiency obligation schemes, and exploring options for robust climate policy in Australia. Martin holds a Diploma of Economics (M.Sc.-equivalent) from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, Australia.
