Matt Coggon is a scientist with the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences. His research focuses on understanding the composition and chemical evolution of volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere. His current interests are focused on quantifying the emissions from everyday consumer goods, such as personal care products, paints, and solvents. He is also working to understand the chemical evolution of biomass burning emissions in the atmosphere.
