McAllister Hall

I work at Boise State's Idaho Policy Institute. I have been with the institute for two and a half years, starting as a graduate assistant and now as a research associate. In my time at IPI, I have been an author on multiple research reports covering topics such as educational policy implementation, school quality, homelessness program evaluation, evictions, and workforce development for youth. These reports include building theoretical frameworks, gathering information to create literature reviews, adapting writing for different audiences, as well as data analysis of large datasets and survey responses.
