Meg Rincker

I have taught at Purdue Northwest (previously Purdue Calumet) since 2008, and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2013. My research is on political representation, gender and political institutions, and public policy. My book Empowered by Design: Decentralization and the Gender Policy Trifecta was published in 2017 by Temple University Press. I have written op-eds before on Pakistani elections, and Pakistan is a case study in my book.
