Senior Research Fellow in the School of Health and Biomedical Sciences, RMIT University

I am a Vice Chancellor Senior Research Fellow and an NHMRC Early Career Fellow in the School of Health and Biomedical Sciences at RMIT University. I am a registered Psychologist, specialising in the treatment of sleep disorders, and an Honorary Research Fellow at the Institute for Breathing and Sleep. I completed my PhD in Neuropsychology and Sleep in 2009, after which I took up a postdoctoral position at the Sleep and Performance Research Center, Washington State University, USA from 2009-2011. My main research interest is in memory function and mood in obstructive sleep apnoea and other sleep disorders, and the role of treatment for sleep for improving mental health outcomes.
