Dr. Michelle Rodrigues is a consultant dermatologist at St. Vincent's and the Royal Children's Hospital and is co-founder of the Vitiligo Clinic at the Skin and Cancer Foundation. She also consults in private rooms at Laser Dermatology, Box Hill and Frankston Dermatology. Her areas of expertise include pigmentary disorders and skin of colour and her other areas of interest include laser surgery and hyperhidrosis. She has worked with dermatologists in world renowned centers of excellence for skin of colour and pigment disorders including the Skin of Color Center New York, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, the National Skin Center Singapore, PGIMER (India) and Ghent University in Belgium. She was awarded the Founder’s Medal for Procedural Dermatology, the Florence Bequest and the Paul Boyce Award by the Australasian College of Dermatologists and the Skin and Cancer Foundation which has facilitated the development of her expertise in these areas. Dr. Rodrigues continues to collaborate with international institutions on research and publications in pigmentary disorders and skin of colour.
