Professor of Psychology, Lund University

My research involves the use of behavioral, electrophysiological (EEG/ERP) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) methods to investigate the cognitive and neural bases of memory and cognitive control, as well as how memory functions are affected in psychiatric conditions, such as depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Research interests include interactions between memory systems; formation and retrieval of episodic memories; emotion regulation and emotional memory; mechanisms underlying incidental and intentional forgetting; relationship between eye-movements, mental imagery and memory.
