Associate Professor Mulyadi Robin is the Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) at the Australian Institute of Business. He has previously held academic appointments at Monash University, the Centre for Workplace Leadership (The University of Melbourne), and was most recently the program director of the Master of Leadership Program at Alphacrucis College.
Mulyadi’s research predominantly focuses on servant leadership and the unintended outcomes of good leadership practices. However, he has also researched the dark triad of personality, workplace deviant behaviours, high performance work systems, international students, and the role of faith at work. His research has been published in outlets such as The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, and Personnel Review.
