Muthomi Thiankolu

Muthomi Thiankolu is a Lecturer at the University of Nairobi School of Law and a Partner at Muthomi & Karanja Advocates. His research and practice interests are in public law, with a specific focus on dispute resolution; public procurement regulation; constitutional and administrative law; and international economic law.

Muthomi has appeared before the East African Court of Justice; the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kenya; all other superior courts of the Republic of Kenya; and many specialised courts and tribunals. He has also handled many consultancy assignments, especially on East African economic integration; public procurement regulation; electoral dispute resolution; human rights and criminal justice responses to terrorism; and constitutional and administrative law.
