Nicola Wilson is writing about The Book Society (1929-69), Britain's first book-of-the-month club. She is a specialist in C20 literature and print culture. Her first book was Home in British Working-Class Fiction (2015) and she is co-author of Scholarly Adventures in Digital Humanities: Making the Modernist Archives Publishing Project (2017). Nicola is series editor of the Ethel Carnie Holdsworth series and is passionate about bringing the works of the Lancashire mill-woman back into print.
