Researcher Analyst, "Sex in Canada" project at McMaster and "SUMMIT" project at CAMH, McMaster University

Nicole Andrejek’s research examines topics related to gender and sexuality. She received her Ph.D. in Sociology from McMaster University. As a researcher for the multi-methods Sex in Canada project at McMaster University, her other projects include analyses of Canadians' sexual practices, sexual health, and sexual pleasure. She is also research analyst at CAMH in Toronto, Ontario, working on the SUMMIT project, a cross-national clinical trial aiming to improve access to mental health services for perinatal women. Her book, Dating in the Digital Age (forthcoming by Routledge), examines undergraduate women’s experiences navigating sex, friendships, dating, and negotiations of consent in university hookup culture.
