Nkosinathi Zongozzi

Nathi is a BA Information Science graduate from the University of Johannesburg (2010). In Jan 2011, He enrolled and subsequently graduated with BA (Hons) in Public Management & Governance at the UJ. In the same year, He was appointed as a Tutor & Research Assistant to the HoD of Public Governance at the UJ. In April 2012, he began working as a Postgraduate Research Assistant in the CEMS Office of Graduate Studies & Research (OGS & R) at Unisa. His hard work later earned him space in the Postgraduate Development Fellowship Programme, a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Intervention by UNISA & DHET which enhanced his teaching and research skills. During the programme, He served as a Junior Lecturer & Assistant to the Secretary of Higher Degrees Committee in the Department of Public Administration. Through the programme, He also graduated in Master of Administration in Public Administration at UNISA (2015). It was, thus, no surprise that Nathi was selected to be amongst the 133 participants in the President Obama Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) RLC SA 2016 (Sponsored by President Obama, USAID, Mastercard & UNISA). Currently, He is enrolled for PhD in Education (open distance learning). Furthermore, He works as a Researcher for the Institute for Open and Distance Learning at UNISA. By virtue of his work, Nathi is a member of NADEOSA, ICDE, UNESCO & DIASA.
