Olivia is a Lecturer in Regulation of Investment and Financial Markets at Sydney Law School. Her research interests include economic crime, regulatory theory, securities regulation and enforcement cases, particularly from a cross-jurisdictional perspective. Prior to academia, Olivia developed an understanding of financial markets through working as a regulator, a corporate finance analyst and practice with leading Australian and US law firms, where she specialised in structured finance transactions.
