Associate Professor, School of Economics, University of Sydney

Pablo Guillen is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney School of Economics. He obtained his PhD from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2004. Prior to Sydney, he was a Post-graduate Research Fellow at Harvard Business School for two years. Pablo’s academic interests lie in experimental economics with an emphasis on bounded rationality in designed markets, behavioural economics and urbanism. His work appears regularly in top journals such as Management Science, the International Economic Review or Judgement and Decision Making. Pablo's monograph ‘City Form, Economics and Culture', joint with Dr Ursa Komac, was published by Springer Nature in 2020.
