Pablo Ripolles

Pablo Ripollés is a research scientist in David Poeppel´s lab at the Department of Psychology, New York University. He received a B.M. in Computer Engineering from University of València (2009), an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Navarra (2011), and a PhD in Biomedicine from the University of Barcelona (2016). In January 2020 he will join both the Department of Psychology and the Music and Audio Research Laboratory (MARL) in a joint position as an assistant professor. His research interests lie at the intersection of language learning and reward on the one hand, and music, brain plasticity and reward on the other. He is the recipient of a Formación Profesorado Universitario (FPU) fellowship and of a La Caixa Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship.
