Adjunct Professor of Law, Swinburne University of Technology

Paul Latimer researches and publishes in the commercial law area including financial services law and securities regulation, and regularly speaks at conferences including the annual Cambridge Symposium on Economic Crime. His research in the area of whistleblowing and carbon markets has been supported by research grants from the ARC.

Paul teaches in the commercial law area, including stock exchange and derivatives law, and banking and finance law.

He is a sessional tribunal member in the winter months, and also works as a pro bono solicitor and a pro bono migration agent.
