Pernilla Malmer

Pernilla Malmer is an agronomist by training and holds a comprehensive professional experience of organizational development and working with indigenous peoples organizations and networks, farmers’ organizations, NGOs and biodiversity/agriculture networks, in Sweden as well as in Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia.

Pernillas work at SwedBio at Stockholm Resilience Centre has a focus on bridging and transdiciplinary work related to connecting across diverse knowledge systems, and development and application of a Multiple Evidence Base approach. She holds extensive experiences from national and international policy processes related to biodiversity and ecosystem governance, from the local to the global, such as the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES),
