Peter is a lecturer in property for a number of academic institutions, including UniSA, Victoria University and TafeSA. Peter's teaching is primarily in South Australia but he regularly teaches in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

His special field of interests include; property investment, residential property, property development, housing markets and property education.

He is the author of "The Property Professor's Top Australian Suburbs" and "Property vs Shares", John Wiley and Sons

Peter's research is based on both theory and practice as not only is he an academic, he is also an active property investor.
