Prysor Mason Davies

Prysor is a Senior Lecturer in Education and Director of Learning and Teaching in the School of Education at Aberystwyth University, and his professional background is very practically educational having been a primary school teacher, deputy headteacher and Headteacher in West Wales.

Following this he was appointed the Director of Primary PGCE course in Aberystwyth University where he led and managed the teacher training course, moving on to teach on the undergraduate schemes.

He has involvement in research in the areas of bilingual provision, learning, teaching and pedagogy and professional learning and is currently engaged in DProf research study on children's rights in Wales, looking at the effectiveness of and motivations for change.
