Quixi Sonntag

Qualified as a veterinarian in 1986 and worked in private practice, mainly small animals. Started a practice dealing exclusively with behaviour problems in dogs and cats in 1999. Joined the University of Pretoria in 2008 as a lecturer in animal behaviour, welfare and nutrition. Research interest is veterinary community engagement and the human side of veterinary science, in particular the application of participatory methodology in community engagement.
