Senior research fellow, Western Sydney University

Dr Rachael Nolan has a research background in fire ecology, plant ecophysiology and ecohydrology. She is particularly interested in the role of disturbance on carbon and water fluxes in forests and woodlands. This research has applications for modelling changes to water supply or carbon sequestration and storage as a result of fire or drought.
