Randi Starrfelt

My main current project concerns a form of acquired reading disorder, pure alexia, and in particular visual recognition of objects and symbols in patients with this disorder. In addition, I am running a study of perceptual deficits in patients with strokes affecting the posterior areas of the brain. This study also includes collection of data from normal participants regarding recognition of words, letter, symbols and objects.
