Richard Lucas, PhD (applied ethics) has been teaching and researching applied ethics for more than 15 years at the professional, vocational, and university levels in North America, Europe, and Australia.

He gained his senior athletics coaching qualification nearly 30 years ago. He is now mainly involved in rehabilitating athletes from many sports using his refined version of deep water running.
