Riikka Heikkinen

I am currently a PhD Candidate at FASS UTS (Political and Social Sciences). My thesis focuses on reverse auction as a policy tool for renewable energy.
My Master of Science is from University of Oulu, majoring in Planning Geography.
I am originally from Finland and before starting my PhD project at UTS I have worked for a wind power company as a project manager and for the State Government in EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) assessments for large-scale energy, mining and transmission projects.
