Research fellow, European Commission's Joint Research Centre

Dr. Riina Vuorikari joined JRC, the European Commission's in-house science service, in July 2013. She contributes to research and policy support in the area of "Human Capital and Employment". Her work focuses on Digital Competence for Citizens (update 2.2), teacher professional learning and she enjoys dealing with issues related to the adoption of new technologies and innovation in education and training.
