My career has been devoted to medical education and the learning sciences. I was the founding Vice Dean, Education at Duke-NUS Medical School (2006-2016) and Associate Provost, Education at NUS (2016-2019). Most recently have been teaching undergraduates on the science of learning and the cognitive biases/critical thinking skills. I also head a research group looking at educational data analytics at YLL School of Medicine.
