Lecturer in Environmental Biology, University of Exeter

My research spans from investigations into the fundamental processes involved in the regulation of reproduction to how environmental stressors (from chemicals to pathogens) interfere with homeostasis and impact on health and reproduction. In my research, I employ a variety of techniques ranging from histology and protein chemistry to high‐throughput genomics techniques, including microarrays and next‐generation sequencing, and use the latest bioinformatics tools to analyse the resulting large gene expression/sequence datasets. I am a member of the Environment and Evolution Research Theme.
