Ruth McKay is an Associate Professor at Carleton University in the Sprott School of Business in the area of management and strategy. Research Ruth engages in includes resilience and climate adaptation in residential housing. She has been researching and consulting in the area of root causes of workplace bullying writing about the link between organizational design and workplace bullying. Ruth has worked with the Conference Board of Canada on researching individual and organizational issues related to workplace bullying. She also works on research in ethics, evaluations and authority.
