Lecturer in Human Resource Management, University of Kent

I am a lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) at Kent Business School, University of Kent where I teach and research HRM. I am also the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Lead at Kent Business School and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

My research is driven by a desire to bridge the gap between the latest theoretical thinking & the practice of management in the field of HRM with a particular focus on equality and diversity. My current research project explores inequality in the workplace in relation to social class. My work is published in leading academic journals, academic books and the media and I present my work at academic, practitioner and professional body events.
