Sarah Miller

I have a doctorate in International Relations from Oxford University, and focus on the politics of forced migration. I am a research professor at Georgetown University, and also convene courses at the University of London, Fordham University and Columbia University.

I am also a Senior Fellow with Refugees International, and have published widely on humanitarian/development affairs, and refugees and other forced migrants.
