Dr Shalene Werth is a senior lecturer in human resources and employment relations in the Faculty of Business, Education, Law and Arts at the University of Southern Queensland. She researches in the fields of workplace diversity and inclusion and industrial relations, specifically in the areas of chronic illness, disability and gender at work. My most recent work explores the experiences of diversity groups in their places of work.
