Shamil is a public health researcher and general practice trainee with a special interest in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and preventative medicine. He has experience working in clinical practice and public health, and a number of research methods including systematic reviews, meta-analysis, risk prediction modelling, analysis of large primary care datasets, epidemiology, randomised controlled trials, and qualitative research.
