Currently an Assistant Professor at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX and Adjunct Researcher at Charles Sturt University in Albury, NSW, Australia. In the past, I taught secondary science and worked for many years as an environmental educator helping teachers learn effective methods of teaching outdoors. My research focuses on the nature-human interface, natural resource management and community environmental education.
