Sophie Scott

Sophie Scott is the former national medical reporter for ABC, covering radio, television and online stories on health and science. She covered the COVID-19 pandemic as well as many health-related investigations.
She now works with leaders and teams to achieve peak performance by reducing stress, anxiety and preventing burnout, using the latest science. Her TEDX talk on recovering from burnout has been widely viewed.
Sophie was given an Order Of Australia for her contribution to broadcast journalism and community health.
